• Financial Details: Selected donation amounts, currency choices, and transaction references. Financial credit card numbers or Mobile Money authorization PINs are never stored on our local servers. Transactions are securely routed directly to payment processors.

Care Relief Association employs state-of-the-art secure transmission protocols (SSL/HTTPS) to encrypt transaction and form inputs. Access to donor databases is strictly gated and limited only to accredited administrative staff based in our Limbe financial desk.

3. Sharing Boundaries

We maintain absolute zero-tolerance policies regarding data selling. We never sell, trade, or distribute your email coordinates or telephone numbers to secondary commercial operations. Your details are leveraged exclusively to share tax receipts, volunteer outreach schedules, and administrative progress newsletters.
