1. Voluntary Financial Contributions

Every financial donation made via our tiered systems, custom amount bars, MTN MoMo, or Credit Card portals constitutes an absolute voluntary, non-refundable gift to the Care Relief Association.

CRA guarantees that 85% of all funds collected are deployed directly into grassroots fields (water borehole structures, girls school scholarships, training machines, relief aid parcels). Only 15% is allocated to cover coordinator operations and administrative licensing.

2. Volunteer Commitment Conduct

Supplying a volunteer application does not establish a formal employment contract with Care Relief Association. Our volunteer outreach programs, both physical coordinates in Southwest Region or virtual tasks, operate purely as charitable engagements. Physical volunteers in Limbe must respect community leaders, local culture, and safeguard project resources.

3. Liability Boundaries

CRA works closely with local Southwest Region authorities to guarantee high field safety across all borehole, agricultural, and educational centers. However, we assume zero direct liability for transient project delays or unexpected logistical boundaries caused by climate variations or sudden regional emergencies.

Any dispute arising from the use of this website or CRA projects will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Southwest Regional courts of the Republic of Cameroon.
